These little babies are GOLDEN man.
At the Contour on Saturday I saw two cute guys in white t-shirts. So you know, I assumed... um. Yeah. Gay. Does that make me a bad person? Anyway I walked over to them and asked them if they wanted some mints, and they saw the tin and laughed, and each one of them took one. One guy walked off, and the other started flirting with me, much to my amazement. And then when I went back, Vanilla Ice said that they came in with girls and he didn't think they were gay. So I went to dance with the one that had walked off to the dance floor (along with an incredibly skinny Asian girl). Later I found out that he was engaged, alas. He was the cute one, anyway.

In general though, asking people if they want some Sex Mints is a great icebreaker. Not that I've asked so many people beyond those two and a couple of bartenders, but it's practice. I'm terribly shy otherwise, unless someone else introduces me (or approaches me).
