I am totally proud to say that I have never, ever, in my entire life, cried during a television commercial.

List of movies I have cried at (in chronological order):
My Girl
Phenomenon
Billy Elliot

List of songs I have cried at (in no particular order):
Third Eye Blind - The Background
Bryan Adams - Heaven
Human League - Don't You Want Me Baby

There's two more songs that have been playing while in the midst of a cry, which made me cry harder, but I don't think those count. But in general I guess I'm just not that sentimental or something.

I'm guilty of crying over a hallmark commercial. The one where the runaway decides to phone her mother from a pay phone on mother's day to tell her she was alive, where she was, and could mom please come pick her up and take her home.

*sniffle*

I must admit...

I too have cried over a commercial. It was the Pamper's commercial with all the baby animals and "Forever Young" by Rod Stewart playing.

I cried a lot while watching tv during Spetember of last year.

I've cried over many movies.

I cry sometimes during Sex and the City.

Sometimes I cry after I see a homeless person on the street.

Fuck. I'm just a crybaby twit. Yessiree yo.

I accepted long ago that I will have lots of crybaby twit moments in my life, hehe.

I used to never cry at anything, movie/song-wise. Literally never. I wondered about it.

Then my sister died. Now I cry at everything. It's like I'm tenderized. Maybe you have to have that connection to pain.

I'm sure you don't need me to mention that I'm the cry baby type. I think the only commercial I've cried during, though, is the Mastercard one with Sammy Sosa and Mark McGuire hitting homers. Man that one gives me chills. The list of movies I've cried during is long, pretty much any one with a somewhat sadish scene, but I've cried hardest at American Beauty, Shindler's List, and The Joy Luck Club.

I think you're just a cynic.
