lauralhJust saw the movie. God, if I could only have a dude who aged as well as Hugh Grant. And um, of course had a wonderful personality and all that. hey yeah.
Somehow he played the jerk way better than John Cusack. I think it's because he doesn't care, whereas Cusack wants to be liked. Grant seems to like coming across as a jerk, or at least, as I said, he doesn't care. Effortless. Plus I think the character actually knowing he was a jerk helped. Of course he shouldn't have had a happy ending either, but oh well.
