this K&D remix of "Gone" by david holmes is so sexy I can't get any work done.

I think that I need to buy the Chemical Brothers new album. I already downloaded half of it, I mean, and it all kicks ass.

Since I got my job, I wake up in the morning about 80% of the time with "I'll Never Tell" from the Buffy Musical in my head. Namely the part that goes I lied/I said it's easy/I tried/but there's these fears I can't quell. Maybe it's a sign?

He's Sherlock Holmes' illegitimate nephew, or something.

Mmm hm. Even got the soundtrack. I mean, I know who David Holmes is, and I like his stuff, it's just that I'd kinda forgotten about him.

I've stopped listening to commercial radio, because a) it's terrible and b) the local station (http://www.kexp.org) rocks. Yeah baby.

to be honest, I had forgotten about him too, until I was arguing movies with someone, and I ad hominem'ed them by saying "Yeah, you thought The Cell was good too," and he said "Not really, I mean any movie with J-Lo can't be good." And I said "you obviously haven't seen Out of Sight" and he said "No, should I?" and I said, "Yes, because it's awesome, and the soundtrack is awesome, and my god I need to get it, I'll be right back." So I got it, and then I started scanning online for any mention of his name.

so that's my story. and I'm sticking to it.

Yeah, Out of Sight was total badass-ness, if that's a word. And I'm not sure if it was Steven Soderbergh or David Holmes or what, but man, good stuff there. Um. Yo.
