consuming: Jeeves & Wooster, Connections, Beatles Anthology (video format)

I bought Memorex DVDRs and they aren't working on my DVD player. Which is weird b/c last time we bought DVDRs they were Memorex and they worked just fine. So I'm annoyed and frustrated, but at least I'm using a computer now that can play AVIs. (Forgot if I mentioned it - I officially stole Reg's 6-year-old computer to replace my 8-year-old computer, cos at least his computer has 1GB of memory as opposed to 256MB.)

Father's Day - went to Reg's parents' place yesterday for brunch. Reg's mom made blueberry pancakes, waffles, hash browns, sausage and bacon, but she burned the bacon. Oops. Still, there was plenty of food, and also fruit, and also also a german chocolate cake from Safeway that was bigger than your monitor (I'm talking to you with the 25" screen there).

We were gonna totally hike this weekend, but the weather was iffy. Boo. Next weekend I would like to so something of that sort, then go see Pamie.
