So yeah, 107.7 doesn't really suck anymore. At least not if you like, say, Interpol or the Faint or the Killers. That was nice to see and all.

I read what's probably my least fave PKD the other night, The Man Who Japed. It's sort of like 1984 except humor is the form of rebellion. And they kick you off the planet instead of torturing you for being bad. And it's "being bad" judged by the neighbors rather than laws or whatever. It was entertaining, but the mindfuckery was rather small, which is the whole point of Dick, so whatever.

So I saw Le Divorce a few days ago and I was thinking about it this morning, because frankly I'm bourgeois enough that a 23-yo woman having an affair with a 55-yo man freaks me the hell out. Of course, even when I was 12 I was rather suspicious of all the high school guys hanging out at the skating rink, and when my best friend asked me if I thought a four-year age difference (then) was too big, I was like "Gosh!"
