i feel wasted. I shouldn't have had all those chocolate-covered espresso beans, they prevented sleep and now I just feel drained. I should have taken some 5-HTP.

i fell asleep watching Versus last night, and I woke up and it was still going on. I nearly threw a tantrum, I was so upset. It was that bad.
