two more weeks
Mar. 12th, 2003 10:54 amThis is a really cool, slightly geeky article about radio frequencies and interference, and new interesting ways we could handle both. Death to the FCC?

I was probably going to bed at midnight or so, but BP the Romanian called at eleven-thirty. So we went out to his place, drank a little, watched some French pornos (well, parts of them, anyway, we kept skipping past the ball cam and dumb plot segments), then went out to Noc Noc. It was sort of damp and musty in there, but I took off my wool sweater and was far more comfortable. The DJ was good, and Steve (of course) knew the bartender. One of them, anyway; the other one used to work at Contour, so we all knew him. They were playing Moulin Rouge on the flatscreen behind the bar, and so I started talking about it to this guy, who's a gay bartender at the Baltic Room. Always helps to know more bartenders, eh?
Today I must work out and call the company I have an interview with Thursday. They're onsite, so I know where it is, but I honestly have no idea what it is.
