story idea

OK, so this is a really good one: set about twenty years in the future, two people with alternating viewpoints muse on the traffic situation. See, the problem of traffic jams etc. has been solved in a most insiduous way. All cars have a plugin direct to people's brains, fine motor control basically, and all driving is directed by a central authority. So a lot of people like it, but some people don't, and there are outlaws who drive "freely", weaving in and out of the planned traffic.
