According to Reuters, the Chinese found more than 20 spying devices on the Boeing 767 we delivered to them. Isn't Bush going there this week? Way to pave the way, Dubya.

there's a patch of snow on the ground

It snowed a bit over the weekend. Of course it was about 40 degrees most of the time, so it didn't really stick. Still, this area is almost as picturesque with two inches of snow as Raleigh was with two feet.

(Right now it's melting away thanks to a special guest appearance by the sun.)

I finally got to rent Series Seven: The Contenders. I saw an interview with the director when Ana and I were driving across the country and wanted to see it since - it was only out in theaters for a blip.

I can only compare it to other comedies like A Clockwork Orange and Fight Club - the satiric hilarity surpassed even those fine films'. It's about a "new" reality show called "The Contenders" in which five people in a town are selected at random, and the last one standing wins.

Best part? It's totally done in a Reality TV manner, voiceovers and all.
