Just so you all know, I made chocolate chip cookies in maybe 20 minutes. And they are definitely the best I've ever made.

Also, Dexter season 1 is the best thing ever, and only partly because it's only 12 episodes.

When you have any left-over dough, just roll-wrap it in parchment paper and freeze it. Next time you're in the mood for fresh baked cookies, slice off a few and cook for about the same baking time. Super time saver!
