seriously. dated? well, yeah, they recorded that shit in the sixties. calling it "dated" is kind of ....weak. to misquote samuel johnson "it's like watching a dog walk: the wonder is not that it's done well, the wonder is that it's done at all".

I was gonna comment something exactly along those lines. I've never been a fan, but I got a free ticket to see them at the paramount a couple years back or whenever and it was a pretty fun show in its own right. I'd never thought 4 dudes with laptops just standing there for the whole show could be impressive but it was. still dont really listen to them at all much.

kinda for the same reason I dont listen to zepplin or the beatles i guess: you dont have to, because every rock band in the last 20 years listened to them for you and you can hear it in all of their songs.
