I have a 24" monitor at my desk and am often watching movie/tv/etc. while doing other stuff, if the other stuff is sufficiently mindless.
Porn, I usually only watch if other people can't easily see over my shoulder, which is tricky because my monitors face the door. I can alt-tab fast, but not always that fast.
