Dec. 23rd, 2005 06:00 pmMY TOP TEN ALBUMS of 2005*
Bebel Gilberto - Remixed [electronica]
Jackson and his Computer Band - Smash [electronica]
The Glimmers - DJ Kicks [electronica]
Franz Ferdinand - You Could Have it So Much Better [rock]
Out Hud - Let Us Never Speak of it Again [electronica]
Wolf Parade - Apologies to the Queen Mary [rock]
Brazilian Girls - s/t [pop]
Stellastarr - Harmonies for the Haunted [rock]
LCD Soundsystem - s/t [pop]
Innaway - s/t [rock]
*as of today, the albums with the songs (not counting the iPod) I've marked the most 4- and 5-stars. MSG me on soulseek to get them!
edit: broad genres, I just think electronica is more often with no lyrics and pop is with. while rock is just guitar music.

Date: 2005-12-24 02:51 am (UTC)I haven't heard of most of them either. I just downloaded the albums randomly. Out of these, I think you would like Out Hud the most.
If you care here's (http://s64.yousendit.com/d.aspx?id=1JGH7EST0XSG7239H39V0C42PM) a brazilian girls track.
