If I were to start running again on Seattle sidewalks, what shoes would you recommend?

i'd advise going to Seattle Running Company and having them help out.

And then I'd advise running on the road as opposed to sidewalks, because asphalt is more forgiving.

and, if you want to run in the neighborhood, i'm game.
