Dear yogurt producers,
When selling "low-fat" yogurt, try to make it have significantly fewer calories than the
full-fat
variety, as opposed to only 20 fewer calories.

but seriously do you know how hard it is to even find full-fat yogurts? I really would rather eat that as a meal b/c at least it is satisfying.

I find it hard enough to find decent yogurts where the fruit is not already mixed. I'm a fruit-on-the-bottom guy.
