why do so many web sites needlessly append "_pf" to their html files? I mean seriously, it causes 404 errors till you take that off. does anyone else know what I'm talking about? i first saw it on TWoP but am seeing it elsewhere lately, like 4 other sites in the past two weeks. wtf?

I think that usually means printer friendly, but most of the places I see it, it comes before the .html part, which makes a good deal more sense.
