I made some sugar syrup last night, because Reg and I are sweet tooth fiend types. And cold alcoholic beverages don't mix so well with normal sugar. The point of all this is that I made some daiquiris and got silly. On the rocks. They kinda were more like mojitos except without the shitty mint. Totally fucking excellent, and if someone will get me more Cruzan white rum I'll make more.

2 parts sugar to one part water. Start with one to one in a pyrex measuring cup, microwave, stir, add more, repeat.
